Week 5: Rewriting Your Relationships

Week 8: Meaning & Moving ForwardTherapeutic Approach
Across this series, we explore the biological, psychological, and relational changes of early motherhood. Rather than relying on a single approach, our sessions integrate evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique landscape of postpartum health:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): To help you process the profound identity shifts of becoming a mother, realign with your personal values, and build a toolbox of mindfulness and grounding strategies.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To examine the powerful connection between your mind and body, helping you understand how hormonal shifts, physical fatigue, and thoughts interact to shape your daily experience.
Solution-Focused Therapy: To identify your existing strengths, amplify what is already working well, and make small, sustainable changes where you feel stuck.
This group is also deeply rooted in reproductive physiology. We will consistently bring the conversation back to the biological changes your body is navigating, providing a clinical framework that honors both your physical and emotional recovery.
