Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program for Adults (ED IOP)

Our Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (ED IOP) provides specialized treatment for adults who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy while maintaining the ability to live at home and participate in work, school, and other daily responsibilities.

Through a combination of therapeutic groups, supported meals, nutrition services, and individual treatment, participants have the opportunity to practice recovery skills in real-world settings while receiving guidance from a specialized treatment team.

  • Logistics

Our Adult IOP is available for individuals 18 years of age and older.

We currently offer two program options:

3-Day IOP | Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
    3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

4-Day IOP | Monday through Thursday
    10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Placement into either program is determined through a comprehensive assessment and is based on each individual's clinical needs, symptoms, and recovery goals.

Patients are typically engaged in the program for approximately 8–16 weeks, depending on treatment progress and individual response to care. This duration may vary and is subject to change based on each patient’s clinical needs and treatment trajectory.

Please contact our office to learn more about the program or to schedule an evaluation.
