What made you decide to go into this specialty?
I struggled with my own relationship to food and body when I was in college; through great support systems, I was able to heal. It is a privilege to be able to help others do the same. I love getting to know my clients on a deeper level and helping them enjoy food again. I appreciate connecting the science and psychology of nutrition and helping clients understand themselves better. I have found tremendous joy and connection in my life through the sport of triathlon; I hold a special place in my heart for aiding athletes of all levels return to a place of wellbeing.
