Hi, I’m Tylynn Ludwig, RDN, CEDS.
(she/her/hers)
Tylynn grew up in northern Wisconsin and spent eight years living in the San Francisco Bay Area before relocating back to her home state in 2023. She studied at UW–Stout and completed her dietetic internship at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. In her free time, she enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, as well as spending time with her four fur babies: Waffle, Blackberry, Fido, and Tiger.
What made you decide to go into this specialty?
I struggled with my relationship to food and my body in college. At the time, I felt a lot of shame for not having it all figured out and planning to be a professional in nutrition. Through time, I have found having that lived experience helps me connect to my clients in a way that has been very helpful and hopeful. I absolutely love getting to know my clients and helping them navigate recovery.
