What made you decide to go into this specialty?

Since I began practicing yoga, I have noticed that it has made me calmer, more focused, and more at peace with myself and the world. It has made me less anxious and lifted my mood. It has been a pathway toward self-love and mindfulness. I sought to teach yoga because I want to be a part of helping other people discover this practice and experience these same effects. Yoga is an amazing tool for supporting mental health, and it is a joy to combine my passions for mental health and yoga at Edelweiss.
