Hi, I’m Jason M., LPN.

(he/him/his)

Jason is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a focus on mental and behavioral health, and a special interest in addiction and recovery. He is committed to building genuine connections with clients and meeting them where they are without judgment. Jason believes effective care begins with listening, understanding, and a compassionate, human-centered approach.

In addition to his nursing role, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, along with additional certifications in Urban Watershed Management. He has a strong passion for sustainability and all things natural.

Outside the clinic, Jason is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his spouse and two dogs.

What made you decide to go into this specialty?

I found myself interested in behavioral/mental health because it is ever-changing and eternally evolving. Each day that I come to work is different than the last and each client that I get to interact with is completely unique.  Working at Edelweiss allows me the opportunity to not only assist people with their own mental health but also understand and advocate for mental health as a whole.
