Hi, I’m Cait Cradic, LPN, Clinic Manager.
(she/her/they/them)
Cait serves as both a Licensed Practical Nurse and Clinic Manager, bringing a strong commitment to compassionate care and positive patient outcomes. In her role, she oversees daily operations, supports the clinical team, and helps ensure patients receive efficient, attentive, and high-quality care.
She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff and is always willing to step in wherever needed to improve the overall patient experience. What made you decide to go into this specialty?
Since transitioning into behavioral health in 2023, I found a sense of purpose in my work that truly changed the direction of my career. This field challenged me, inspired me, and ultimately ignited my passion to grow—not only by continuing my education and pursuing my nursing degree, but also by stepping into an administrative role where I can make a broader impact. I am driven by the opportunity to improve systems of care, support my team, and help ensure every patient receives the quality, compassion, and attention they deserve.
