Hi, I’m Angie Hurlow, LPC.

(she/her/hers)

Angie is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She has four years experience working with eating disorders in higher levels of care and 2 years in OCD outpatient treatment. She offers an eclectic approach tailored uniquely to the individual. She is trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT)—each offering a transformative path to break free from restrictive beliefs and behaviors while rebuilding trust with oneself. Her structured and experiential interventions are further informed by ACT and DBT to support mindfulness, values-based living, and emotion regulation.

What made you decide to go into this specialty?

I decided to go into this specialty because I am passionate about alleviating suffering, and I know that the suffering from eating disorders, trauma, and OCD can be great. I find joy in watching people re-connect with themselves and overcome barriers that once felt insurmountable.
