I was drawn to counseling through a deep interest in understanding people’s experiences and helping them feel less alone in what they’re going through. I have always valued authentic connection and believe that when people feel truly seen and understood, it creates space for healing and growth. My work is grounded in the belief that each person already has strengths within them; I aim to help clients access those strengths, build new skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
