Time: Every Monday from 11:00am–1:00 PM
Audience: Individuals struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating. This group is open to anyone seeking a safe, supportive environment to continue their journey of healing and recovery.
Goal: This group consists of a yoga practice followed by a supportive meal and processing. The yoga portion is all levels and inclusive of everybody. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Participants will explore how yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation can be used to:Improve your relationship with food

Get comfortable in your body and promote a positive body imageRecognize and challenge destructive behaviors
Recognize and challenge destructive behaviors
Disrupt the cycle of negative self-talk
Manage anxiety and depressionCultivate compassion and kindness towards yourself

- Mindful Meal Support: 12pm-1pm
- In the supportive meal portion of the group we will take our yoga and mindfulness techniques off that mat and utilize them as tools to manage difficult thoughts and emotions that may arise during meals. Please bring a meal that fits the components of your personalized meal plan.
Cost: $20 Sliding Scale Fee Available
